Compacte 4-assige robot voor nauwkeurige ‘pick & place’-automatisering
De igus SCARA RL-SCR-0100.B is een kostenefficiënte 4-assige robot met een reikwijdte van 560 mm en een Z-assige slag van 500 mm. Met een draagvermogen tot 2 kg, een positioneringsnauwkeurigheid van ±0,5 mm en snelheden tot 20 picks per minuut is hij ideaal voor nauwkeurige handling- en sorteertaken. Hij is vervaardigd uit tribologisch geoptimaliseerde kunststoffen en biedt een lange levensduur en minimaal onderhoud.
De besturing gebeurt optioneel via de gratis igus® Robot Control, verkrijgbaar in een kast- of DIN-railversie. De intuïtieve software omvat digitale I/O’s, Modbus TCP/IP, ROS-pakketten en een 3D-interface. Als alternatief kan elke as afzonderlijk worden bediend met behulp van de dryve D1-motorcontroller.
Typische toepassingen zijn onder meer pick & place, het beladen van transportbanden, laboratoriumautomatisering en lichte assemblage. Dankzij de modulaire integratie is de RL-SCR-0100.B ideaal voor flexibele automatisering in compacte productieomgevingen.

Optional handheld with touch screen
Choose the right setup for you.
You can control the robot either from your Windows 10 PC or from the optional handheld with touch screen. On the PC the robot can be programmed via a graphical user interface. With the handheld you can control the robot with a joystick and start programs via the touch screen. In addition, you can also connect a gamepad to your Windows PC for control as an alternative to the handheld. With this handheld, the robot runs autonomously without the computer after programming via the Windows PC.
