De igus SCARA RL-A9.0216 is een compacte 3-assige robot die is ontworpen voor precisietaken in laboratoria en kleinschalige automatiseringsomgevingen. Met een draagvermogen van 0,5 kg, een horizontaal bereik van 400 mm en een verticale slag van 360 mm haalt hij cyclustijden van meer dan 6 picks per minuut. Hij is gemaakt van tribologisch geoptimaliseerde kunststoffen en biedt een lange levensduur, weinig onderhoud en aanzienlijke kostenbesparingen.
De besturing gebeurt via de optionele igus® Robot Control, verkrijgbaar als schakelkast of DIN-railversie. De gratis software maakt intuïtieve programmering en integratie met diverse systemen mogelijk, zoals Modbus TCP/IT, ROS, Python en meer – wat zorgt voor een snelle inbedrijfstelling. Als alternatief kan elke as afzonderlijk worden aangestuurd met behulp van igus® dryve D1-motorcontrollers, waardoor hij ideaal is voor flexibele besturingsarchitecturen.
De RL-A9.0216 is ideaal voor pick-and-place-toepassingen, monsterverwerking en educatieve opstellingen en kan naadloos worden geïntegreerd in modulaire automatiseringssystemen. Dankzij het lichtgewicht ontwerp en de open besturingsopties is het perfect voor schaalbare laboratoriumautomatisering en prototypingomgevingen.
