De Bat1600-S6 4-assige deltarobot levert uitzonderlijke snelheid en precisie bij zware lasten voor grootschalige, efficiënte pick-and-place-automatisering. Met een werkdiameter van 1600 mm, een nominaal draagvermogen van 6 kg en een herhaalbaarheid van ±0,08 mm bereikt hij een topsnelheid van 7,2 m/s en een maximale versnelling van 120 m/s², wat zorgt voor een stabiele werking bij hoogfrequente cycli op productielijnen met een groot bereik en zware belasting.
Hij ondersteunt gangbare industriële besturingssystemen. De open programmeerinterface maakt intuïtieve bediening en naadloze integratie met Modbus RTU/TCP, Socket, EtherCAT en andere gangbare protocollen mogelijk, wat past bij flexibele grootschalige automatiseringsopstellingen.
Typische toepassingen zijn snelle pick-and-place, sorteren, assemblage van zware onderdelen en bulkverpakking voor grote voedselverpakkingen, logistieke dozen, huishoudelijke apparaten en middelgrote tot grote consumentenproducten. (1) RobotPhoenix Bat1600-S6 is a 4-axis delta parallel robot with a 1600mm working diameter and a rated payload of 6kg. It adopts reinforced rigid link structure to balance wide operating range and medium load capacity, delivering fast dynamic response and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.08mm. The whole machine complies with IP54 dustproof and splash-proof standards, equipped with EMC anti-interference shielding, real-time operation monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock. It can run stably for long cycles under 0℃–45℃ industrial environments, suitable for high-speed picking and handling of medium-sized workpieces.
(2) This robot adopts three-phase 380V AC power supply and overhead suspended installation to save factory floor space. It reserves abundant expandable digital I/O ports and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP and Socket multi-protocol communication. Its highly open control system is compatible with mainstream vision positioning systems, conveyor tracking modules and various standard pneumatic & electric grippers, enabling seamless connection to automatic sorting, packaging and assembly lines without complex customized transformation.
(3) Supported by mature mass production and long-term reliable operation performance, Bat1600-S6 is designed for medium-load large-range automation scenarios. It is widely applied in food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical and 3C electronics industries for finished product sorting, box packing and component assembly. Compared with small-stroke delta robots, it covers a broader working area to reduce the quantity of robots on a single production line, greatly boosting overall line throughput and cutting comprehensive equipment and labor costs.
