De EPSON SCARA T6-B602S is een compacte 4-assige robot met een bereik van 600 mm en een maximaal draagvermogen van 6 kg. Met een herhaalbaarheid van ±0,04 mm en cyclustijden vanaf 0,46 seconden is hij ideaal voor pick & place-, assemblage- en inspectietaken. De ingebouwde besturing bespaart ruimte en vereenvoudigt de installatie.
Het programmeren gebeurt via de krachtige RC+-software van Epson of de intuïtieve RC+ Express-omgeving – perfect voor zowel experts als beginners. Interfaces zoals EtherCAT, PROFINET, DeviceNet en andere veldbusopties maken een naadloze integratie in bestaande systemen mogelijk. De stroomvoorziening gebeurt via standaard 100–240 V AC zonder speciale connectoren.
Typische toepassingen zijn onder meer materiaalverwerking, assemblage van componenten, verpakking en laboratoriumautomatisering. Met zijn compacte ontwerp, geïntegreerde besturingseenheid en batterijloze motoren biedt de T6-B602S weinig onderhoud en een hoge kostenefficiëntie.
