De K-DUCER is ons intelligente montagesysteem van A-klasse met transducers. Het systeem bestaat uit de KDU, een geavanceerde controller, en de KDS, een reeks elektrische schroevendraaiers voor handmatig gebruik en vaste opstelling, met koppelregeling tot 620 lbf-in.
De K-DUCER is de ideale oplossing voor uw Industry 4.0-productielijn en dankzij de ingebouwde Modbus TCP- en Open Protocol-connectiviteit integreert u het moeiteloos in uw slimme fabriek.

Kolver's KDS transducerized electric screwdrivers cover all assembly line requirements for accurate, high quality torque and angle-controlled fastening.
A built-in compact torque transducer provides closed-loop control with excellent repeatability. Built-in LED lights provide immediate feedback on each tightening process, i.e. you'll be able to check at a glance whether the part is correctly tightened or not.
