High-Speed 4-Axis Delta Robot for Large-Range Medium-Heavy Pick & Place Tasks
The Bat1300-S6 4-axis delta robot delivers outstanding speed, rigidity and positioning accuracy for wide-range medium-load automated handling. Featuring a 1300 mm working diameter, 6 kg rated payload, and ±0.08 mm repeatability, it achieves a top speed of 10.0 m/s and maximum acceleration of 150 m/s², enabling up to 188 picks per minute for large-format packaging and bulk sorting production lines.
It supports mainstream industrial control systems. The open programming interface allows intuitive operation and seamless integration with Modbus RTU/TCP, Socket, EtherCAT and other common protocols, suiting flexible large-scale automation layouts.
Typical applications include high-speed pick & place, bulk sorting, medium component assembly, and standardized case packaging for food & beverage, daily consumer goods, pharmaceutical cartons and automotive electronic parts. Its rigid lightweight modular design, IP54 protection, and optimized footprint enable easy integration into wide-span existing production lines with medium space constraints.

(1) RobotPhoenix Bat1300-S6 is a 4-axis delta parallel robot with a 1300mm working diameter and a rated payload of 6kg. It adopts integrated cast aluminum static platform and optimized reinforced link structure, delivering fast dynamic response and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.08mm. The whole machine reaches IP54 dustproof and splash-proof grade, equipped with EMC anti-interference shielding, real-time operation monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock. It can operate continuously and stably within 0℃–45℃ industrial ambient temperature, perfectly suitable for high-speed picking and handling of medium-sized workpieces. (2) This robot adopts three-phase AC380V power supply and overhead suspended mounting structure to save factory floor space. It reserves abundant expandable digital I/O ports and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP and Socket multi-protocol communication. Its highly open control system is compatible with mainstream vision positioning systems, conveyor tracking modules and various standard pneumatic & electric grippers, enabling seamless integration into automatic sorting, packaging and assembly lines without complicated customized modification.
(3) Supported by mature mass production and long-cycle reliable operation performance, Bat1300-S6 targets medium-load wide-range automation scenarios. It is widely applied in food, daily chemical, pharmaceutical and 3C electronics industries for finished product sorting, carton packing and component assembly. Compared with small-stroke delta robots, it covers a larger working area to reduce the quantity of robots deployed on a single production line, significantly improving overall line throughput and cutting comprehensive equipment investment and labor operation costs.
