De FANUC CRX-10iA is een collaboratieve 6-assige robot met een bereik van 1.249 mm en een draagvermogen van 10 kg. Met een herhaalbaarheid van ±0,04 mm en een laag eigen gewicht van 40 kg is hij ideaal voor pick-and-place, montage, verpakking en laswerkzaamheden. De ingebouwde krachtsensor zorgt voor veilige samenwerking met mensen zonder extra hardware.
Programmeren gaat eenvoudig via de tablet teach pendant met drag-and-drop-interface of via handmatig begeleid aanleren. De CRX-10iA werkt op de compacte R-30iB Mini Plus controller en ondersteunt software zoals ROBOGUIDE, iRVision en ZDT. Hij werkt op 200-240 V AC en kan op de vloer, aan de wand of aan het plafond worden gemonteerd.
Typische toepassingen zijn palletiseren, machinebediening, inspectie en het doseren van lijm. Met 8 jaar onderhoudsvrij bedrijf, eenvoudige integratie en bewezen betrouwbaarheid is de CRX-10iA ideaal voor mkb-bedrijven en nieuwkomers in automatisering.
