The AUCTECH H Series Industrial Collaborative Welding Robot combines the characteristics of industrial robots and collaborative robots for automated welding applications. The series includes the H5-790 model with a 5 kg payload and 785 mm reach, as well as the H10-1500 model with a 10 kg payload and 1455 mm reach. Both systems provide a repeatability of ±0.02 mm and are designed for welding environments requiring high accuracy, stability and flexibility. Integrated torque sensing and collision detection functions improve operational safety while maintaining industrial-grade rigidity and welding performance. The platform is intended for industries such as automotive manufacturing, shipbuilding, metal processing, household appliances and building materials.

The H Series uses the AUCTECH Welding Process Software System with integrated welding process packages and graphical operation interfaces. Programming is supported through drag teaching, trajectory reproduction and rapid parameter configuration. The software provides welding source configuration, welding pass settings, welding curve adjustment and quick welding instruction setup. Communication options include Modbus TCP and EtherCAT, while support for synchronized external axes enables extended motion coordination. The system also supports offline programming, laser tracking, weld seam tracking and digital simulation through HSR-Studio software.

The robot offers industrial welding performance combined with collaborative safety functions. Key features include integrated torque sensors with collision detection, rapid and precise drag teaching and support for multi-layer and multi-pass welding processes. The welding process library supports weaving welding, fish-scale welding and automated parameter management. The system is compatible with common welding sources and supports welding materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium profiles. Protection rating is IP65, communication is available through Analog and EtherCAT interfaces, and up to multiple synchronized external axes can be integrated depending on the application. Available welding source configurations provide output currents up to 350 A or 500 A.

The AUCTECH H Series is designed for industrial welding tasks requiring flexibility and fast deployment. Typical applications include GMAW welding, multi-layer welding, multi-pass welding, welding of medium-thin and thick plates and automated welding in confined workspaces. Mobile welding trolley configurations allow rapid relocation between workstations, making the system suitable for vessels, steel structures, section steel fabrication and semi-enclosed environments. The robot is particularly suitable for small-batch and multi-variant production where production requirements change frequently.
