Book scanner with Automated Page turn Robot - Low Cost Robotic Application

In this application, a scanning process of book pages was successfully automated with the help of an igus Robolink DCi. Before the robot was used, each page was turned manually by an employee. This activity is not only monotonous, but also cost-intensive. Thanks to the inexpensive robot arm, this process could be automated and the investment has already paid for itself after a short time.
