D’une hauteur d’environ 1,70 mètre, l’iggyRob d’igus est un robot de service humanoïde polyvalent conçu pour rendre le travail quotidien plus intelligent et plus efficace. Équipé de deux bras cobots ReBeL (chacun avec une charge utile de 2 kg et une portée de 664 mm) et de mains-outils interchangeables, il effectue sans difficulté des tâches de préhension simples.
Sa base mobile, le ReBeLMove Pro, peut transporter jusqu’à 100 kg et se déplace en toute sécurité dans les usines, les halls d’entrée ou les cantines, grâce au LIDAR, à des caméras 3D et à un système de support stable à trois points – avec une autonomie pouvant atteindre 8 heures en continu. Le contrôle est intuitif via le logiciel gratuit igus Robot Control doté d’une interface ROS2.
Le robot est certifié CE et conforme à la norme VDE 5050, ce qui le rend idéal pour les applications industrielles, de services et de logistique.

Meet Iggy Rob, the smart service robot from igus! It flexibly transports components through factory halls, performs reception tasks with a friendly smile, or reliably takes dishes to the canteen for washing up. Thanks to its virtual face on the display, LIDAR sensors and 3D cameras in the chest area and vehicle, Iggy navigates effortlessly through factories, lobbies or canteens.
Its two ReBeL Cobot arms with bionic hands grip like a human and impress with a reach of 664 mm and a load capacity of 2 kg per arm. With a speed of up to 45°/s, Iggy performs its tasks quickly and efficiently. Mobility is provided by the AMR base from the ReBeLMove Pro, which impresses with a load capacity of 50 kg and a payload of up to 100 kg. The stable three-point mounting and alignment with modern infrastructures make the Iggy Rob a reliable helper. With a single battery charge, it can work continuously for up to 8 hours – ideal for industrial use.

Software & Control
Users can simulate the robot's individual movements on a 3D surface using the free igus Robot Control Software Iggy Rob does not even need to be connected. The humanoid helper can be easily integrated into modern robot environments via the AMR's specially developed ROS2 interface. In accordance with the VDE 5050 interface, Iggy Rob is approved for fleet management and has CE certification.
