Krachtige cobot voor zware automatisering
De UR30 is een collaboratieve 6-assige robot met een draagvermogen tot 35 kg en een reikwijdte van 1300 mm. Met een herhaalbaarheid van ±0,1 mm, een compacte voetafdruk van Ø 245 mm en een gewicht van 63,5 kg is hij ideaal voor toepassingen waarbij grote krachten nodig zijn. De robotarm heeft beschermingsklasse IP65 en is gecertificeerd voor gebruik in ISO-klasse 4-cleanrooms, waardoor hij geschikt is voor veeleisende industriële omgevingen.
De besturing verloopt via de intuïtieve Polyscope-software op een 12-inch touchscreen. De UR30 ondersteunt interfaces zoals Modbus TCP, PROFINET, Ethernet/IP en USB 2.0/3.0, en beschikt over digitale en analoge I/O’s. De communicatie met gereedschap verloopt via een M8-connector, met een 12/24 V-voeding. De robot beschikt over 17 ingebouwde veiligheidsfuncties die voldoen aan PLd Categorie 3.
Veelvoorkomende toepassingen zijn onder meer palletiseren, machinebediening, materiaalverwerking, schroeven en boren, en kwaliteitscontrole. Met zijn hoge draagvermogen en nauwkeurige bewegingsbesturing is de UR30 ideaal voor taken waarbij meerdere grijpers of een hoog koppel nodig zijn – perfect voor bedrijven die hun productiviteit willen verhogen en flexibel willen automatiseren.

Lieferumfang
When you order your UR30, you will receive the robot arm and its control box as well as a teach pendant with 3-stage enabling switch, a power cable and a cable to connect the robot to the control box, as well as the user manual. Application kits or other peripherals are not included and must be ordered separately.

You receive our Teach Pendant with every robot arm. This contains the free PolyScope software, which you can use to set up and operate your cobot. A POWERFUL CONTROL SYSTEM
