De RobotPhoenix Bat1100M-S15 is een 4-assige deltarobot die is ontworpen voor snelle pick-and-place-werkzaamheden. Met een werkdiameter van 1.100 mm, tot 220 picks per minuut en een topsnelheid van 6 m/s biedt hij een nauwkeurige en kosteneffectieve automatiseringsoplossing. De maximale acceleratie bedraagt 150 m/s² met een herhaalbaarheid van ongeveer 0,05 mm.
De aansturing verloopt via de optionele RobotPhoenix® Robot Control, verkrijgbaar als kastversie. De gratis software maakt intuïtief programmeren mogelijk en integratie met systemen zoals Modbus TCP, Socket of Python. Dat maakt de oplossing ideaal voor flexibele besturingsarchitecturen.
Typische toepassingen zijn pick-and-place-, sorteer- en stapeltaken op transportbanden en end-of-line-toepassingen. Dankzij het modulaire ontwerp en de open interfaces is de robot eenvoudig te integreren in bestaande automatiseringssystemen.

(1) RobotPhoenix Bat1100M-S15 is a 4-axis heavy-duty delta parallel robot with a working diameter of 1100mm and a rated payload of 15kg. It adopts an optimized rigid multi-branch mechanical structure, with a maximum linear speed of 10m/s and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. The whole machine weighs 70kg and reaches IP54 dustproof and splash-proof protection, equipped with complete EMC shielding, real-time operating status monitoring and emergency stop safety interlock functions. It can run stably in 0–45℃ industrial environments, and the reinforced transmission structure supports long-cycle high-load continuous picking and handling operations.
(2) This robot adopts three-phase AC380V power supply with 3.3kW rated power and suspended installation design to save production line floor space. It comes with abundant expandable I/O interfaces and dual encoder input channels, supporting Modbus-RTU/TCP and Socket communication protocols. The built-in integrated control system is highly open, compatible with mainstream vision systems, conveyor tracking modules and various pneumatic/electric grippers, enabling seamless docking with automated sorting, packaging and assembly lines without complicated customized modification.
(3) Supported by mature mass production and 20,000-hour MTBF reliability certification, the Bat1100M-S15 is oriented to medium and heavy material handling scenes. It is widely used in food, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals and logistics industries for finished product sorting, box packing and medium-weight material palletizing. Compared with small-load delta models, it greatly improves single-line handling capacity and production efficiency, effectively reducing manual intervention for heavy-duty stations and lowering overall production operation costs.
