Vooraf geconfigureerde 5-assige robotarm voor nauwkeurige en flexibele automatisering
De robolink® DP is een lichtgewicht 5-assige robot met geïntegreerde schakelkast. Met een reikwijdte van 790 mm, een maximaal draagvermogen van 3 kg en een positioneringsnauwkeurigheid van ±1 mm is hij ideaal voor nauwkeurige pick-and-place- en handlingtaken. De NEMA23 XL-stappenmotoren werken op 24/48 V en tot 4,2 A.
De robotarm wordt aangestuurd via igus® Robot Control (iRC) en ondersteunt standaardprotocollen zoals Modbus, TCP/IP en ROS. Dankzij de open interfaces kan hij eenvoudig worden geïntegreerd in bestaande automatiseringssystemen.
Typische toepassingen zijn onder meer assemblage, het laden van machines, laboratoriumautomatisering en inspectie. Perfect voor het MKB, integrators en onderwijsinstellingen die op zoek zijn naar een kant-en-klare, kosteneffectieve robotica-oplossing.

Choose the right setup for you.
You can control the robot either from your Windows 10 PC or from the optional handheld with touch screen. On the PC the robot can be programmed via a graphical user interface. With the handheld you can control the robot with a joystick and start programs via the touch screen. In addition, you can also connect a gamepad to your Windows PC for control as an alternative to the handheld. With this handheld, the robot runs autonomously without the computer after programming via the Windows PC.
