HITBOT EFG-20 | Eletric gripper
The Hitbot Z-EFG-20 is a 2-finger parallel electric gripper designed for industrial applications that require precision, speed and simplified integration. Its compact design and lightweight structure allow easy installation on collaborative robots, robotic arms and automated systems.
The gripper features a 20 mm adjustable total stroke, adjustable gripping force from 30 to 80 N and a recommended payload capacity of up to 0.8 kg. Its mechanical system with rack-and-pinion transmission combined with cross roller guides provides stable motion, precise operation and long service life.
With ±0.02 mm repeatability and a minimum motion time of only 0.45 s, the Z-EFG-20 delivers excellent performance in applications such as pick-and-place, precision assembly, small component handling, electronics and laboratory automation.
The model uses a high-precision servo motor, 24V power supply and IP40 protection rating, while maintaining low power consumption of only 5W. Its compact 0.46 kg structure allows easy integration into modern automated cells and collaborative applications.
